Leadership & Staff

At The Timothy School, the average tenure of our faculty and staff is 10+ years. This means our cohesive team of teachers, therapists, specialists and paraprofessionals are best positioned to collaborate in effective teams to support each student’s unique learning needs. And when the rare opportunity presents itself to add staff, we only hire those who have shown, either in their professional or personal experience, a dedication to the education of children diagnosed with autism.

Executive Director Sarah Greim has devoted her career to the education and empowerment of students with autism. With a Bachelor’s in Elementary/Special Education from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, Sarah has served The Timothy School community for more than two decades—first as a middle school teacher, then as Assistant Director and Education Director, and now as Executive Director since 2021. Her lifelong commitment reflects a deep belief that every student with autism deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
